English
Fluoroplastic centrifugal pump refers to a pump that transports liquid by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller. It is mainly composed of impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearing, mechanical seal, etc. Its main features include: compact structure, wide flow head range, uniform flow, stable operation, low vibration, low maintenance and repair costs, etc.
After the centrifugal pump is started, the pump shaft will drive the impeller to rotate at high speed, forcing the liquid filled between the blades to rotate. Under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the liquid moves radially from the center of the impeller to the periphery. The liquid medium will gain energy during the movement of flowing through the impeller, resulting in an increase in static pressure energy and an increase in flow rate. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump casing, it slows down due to the gradual expansion of the flow channel in the casing, and part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and finally flows into the discharge pipeline along the tangential direction.
Fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps can be divided into: IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps, IHF (D) fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps, FSB fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps, FSB (D) fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps, GF vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps.
