The installation precautions for stainless steel centrifugal pumps are as follows:

1. The reasonable installation of stainless steel centrifugal pumps has an extremely important impact on the normal operation and service life of the pump, so installation and calibration must be carried out carefully.

2. Pre embed anchor bolts according to installation dimensions and carry out concrete foundation work.

3. After the basic cement solidifies, use a level to check the horizontal condition of the pump and motor shaft on the basis of installing the pump; When not level, use a cushion plate to adjust to level and tighten the foot nut after adjustment.

4. Check if the rotating parts of the pump are stuck. Strictly check the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor, rotate the coupling by hand, as long as it rotates easily, evenly, and without jamming, it is normal.

5. The suction and discharge pipelines of the pump require separate brackets, and it is not allowed for the pump to directly bear the weight of the pipelines to avoid pump damage.

6. When the pump is set above the liquid level (within the allowable suction range of the pump), a bottom valve should be installed at the end of the suction pipeline, and a tap hole or valve for liquid injection before pump start-up should be installed on the discharge pipeline; When the pump is set below the liquid level, please install a control valve and a filtering device on the suction pipeline to prevent foreign objects from being sucked into the pump. The filtering area should be at least 34 times the pipeline area.

7. A check valve is installed on the outer pipeline of the outlet flow control valve for pumps with high head to prevent water hammer damage when suddenly stopped,.

8. Ensure that the installation height of the pump matches the cavitation allowance of the pump, and consider pipeline losses and medium temperature.

9. Before starting the pump, it is necessary to fill the conveyed liquid completely and it is strictly prohibited to start without liquid.

10. Close the outlet valve and immediately check the rotation of the pump after connecting the power. The rotation direction of the pump must be consistent with the arrow, and reverse operation is strictly prohibited.

11. When the pump reaches normal speed after starting, slowly open the outlet valve and adjust it to the necessary condition before starting to operate. When the valve of the discharge pipeline is closed, the continuous working time of the pump shall not exceed 3 minutes.

12. When stopping, please close the outlet valve first and then cut off the power supply.
