The UHB-ZK series mortar pump is a cantilever single-stage, singlesuction centrifugal pump. Its flow-through components are made ofsteel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which has strongcorrosion resistance, wear resistance, and creep resistance (resistant toenvironmental stress cracking). At the same time, it adopts a metalmatrix structure to improve the product's pressure bearing capacity.
This pump can adapt to various working conditions. For example, it cantransport acid and alkali clear liquids or slurries, as well as variouscorrosive slurries in the refining industry. It can also transport variousdilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry and various types of wastewaterin the environmental protection industry.
This series of pumps adopts multiple sealing methods: K-type powerseal, single end mechanical seal, containerized mechanical seal, anddouble end mechanical seal, which can be selected according to specific working conditions.
