CHINAThe ZMD series self-priming magnetic drive pump combines the corrosion-resistant properties of the IMD fluoroplastic alloy magnetic pump with the self-priming capabilities of the FZB series. Designed for demanding chemical processes, it provides reliable corrosion resistance, fast self-priming, and maintenance-friendly operation.
Featuring a seal-less magnetic drive and a static sealing structure, the pump uses a magnetic coupling for indirect torque transmission to eliminate leakage risks. A high-strength silicon carbide spindle ensures long-term operational safety and structural rigidity.
The all-plastic isolation sleeve eliminates magnetic eddy currents and heat generation, substantially reducing power loss and maximizing overall energy efficiency.
Because there is no mechanical contact between the drive motor and the fluid chamber, the pump prevents hazardous fugitive emissions when transferring toxic, volatile, or highly corrosive media, significantly enhancing workplace safety.

Q: What types of media can the 50ZMD-32F pump transfer?
A: The wetted parts are lined with fluoroplastics, making it fully compatible with strong acids, strong alkalis, and aggressive chemical media. It is strictly prohibited to handle liquids containing large amounts of hard particles, high crystallinity, or ferromagnetic matter.
Q: Will this magnetic pump leak during operation?
A: No. The seal-less magnetic drive design eliminates shaft seal leakage at the source. Note: Prolonged dry running or idling can burn out the containment isolation sleeve; dry running is strictly prohibited.
