IH chemical centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and relevant national standards. Its performance, rated performance points, and size are equivalent to the national standard ISO2858. National standard numbers include CB/T5662 for axial suction centrifugal pump (16 bar) marking, performance, and dimensions, and GB/T5566 for technical requirements for centrifugal pumps (II).

This series of pumps adopts various sealing methods according to different medium working conditions: external corrugated pipe mechanical seal, single end face internal mechanical seal, double end face internal mechanical seal, containerized double end face mechanical seal, and internal high-temperature and high-pressure corrugated pipe mechanical seal. Mechanical seal materials are selected according to different media.

Operating Conditions & Limitations

• Pressure resistance limit: The pressure resistance limit is 1.6 MPa, and it should be noted that the output pressure of the pump cannot exceed the pressure resistance limit.
• Temperature range: 0-100°C. Environmental temperature range: 0~40°C. Environmental humidity range: 35-85% RH.
• High-temperature operation: If the operating temperature is within the range of 100°C to 150°C, the sealing form needs to be adjusted.
• Media transport: It can transport media with small amounts of particles and crystals (solid content ≤ 10%), and it is forbidden to transport media that will generate a large number of bubbles.
• Liquid viscosity influence: When the viscosity of the liquid changes, the performance of the pump also changes. The difference in pump selection can be consulted with our company's technical department.
