When used for the first time, the pumpchamber should be filled with the conveying medium, and there is noneed to add medium again for secondary use. The overcurrent compo-nents are all made of stainless steel, and the material of the overcurrentcomponents can be changed according to the medium being transport-ed.

This series of pumps adopts various sealing methods according todifferent medium working conditions, including external corrugated pipemechanical seals, single end face internal mechanical seals, containerizeddouble end face mechanical seals, and internal high-temperature andhigh-pressure corrugated pipe mechanical seals. Mechanical sealmaterials are selected according to different media. Corrosion and wearesistance, good sealing performance, easy installation, and easy maintenance.

Scope of Use：

(1） Pressure resistance limit The pressure resistance limitis L.6 MPa, and it should be noted that the output pressure of the pumpcannot exceed the pressure resistance limit.

(2) Temperature range: -20°C-15o°C: Environmental temperature range: O°C-40°C Environmental humidity range: 35-85% RH.

(3) Media with small particle content and crystallization can be transported, and media that generate large amounts of bubbles are prohibited from being transported.

(4) The infuence of liquid viscosity on pump performance: When the viscosity of the liquid changes, the performance of the pumpalso changes. The difference in pump selection can be consulted with the company's technical department.
